RUN! Seriously run. Took my dog in for parvo until my vet opened on Monday. They gave her back to me covered in poop, parvo is transferred through poop! Vet is very void of emotion and tried to run me for my money. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. NEVER COMING BACK EVER!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had hands down. This place is terrible! Wanted 3 grand for a two night stay bc my regular vet was closed on the weekend. My vet suggested this place bc it’s the only place open on Sunday around here. My dog was doing great with the treatment my vet was giving her but apparently that wasn’t good enough! They wanted X-rays and sedation and a tube down her nose and blood work and a fecal test (that was pending from my regular vet) and all kinds of shots. Then when they gave her back to me she was covered in poop and had poop matted into her fur! So disgusted with this place! –Katelin M
Worst experience ever!!! Waited 2.5 hrs and in the end no help was provided. Staff is subpar and prices are outrageous. It’s an emergency animal clinic so they should be prepared for an emergency. That is not an excuse to not be seen in a timely manner or have techs with bad attitudes. I strongly advise taking your pets here. I’m giving one star because no stars is not an option. :/ –Aks 1
There was nothing about the experience of putting your fur friend down after 13 years, but there was absolutely no compassion with the vet (absolutely horrible) and the receptionist even came in the room as we were saying goodbye to our girl for us to come and pay so she can be put down. They are interested in money and not in what we, as people, are dealing with. My dog having to be put down was a complete surprise. Until earlier that day, she wasn’t sick. Very expensive, very cold, and unfortunately the only 24 hour place in Pensacola. I hope I NEVER have to take a sick animal there again! –Kimberly D
We brought our pit puppy to them after she was hit by a car they immediately brought her back and 15 min later came and told us they needed to do multiple tests and that we needed 1500, which we didn’t have. So then we applied for care credit which we were denied because we have no credit, then we tried working with them and our option was basically take her home or put her to sleep. We decided to take her home and we till HAD to pay 200 dollars for them doing nothing! All they did was give her oxygen no fluids no medicine, nothing at all!! So we took her home she made it through the night we took her to scenic hill the next day and they only charged us 40 and told us that our dog only had a fractured jaw and she just needed some antibiotics and to rest!
This clinic was all about money and my dog could have possibly died for no reason! –Heather S
It is awfully funny how the good reviews are from a GOOGLE USER notice everyone else actually has a picture and a name … Maybe I should go on google and give myself good reviews lol. .. Anyway DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE … IF ITS HURT AND YOU CARE ABOUT IT YOUR BETTER OFF PUTTING IT TO SLEEP YOURSELF.. AND TO THE GOOGLE USER THAT SAYS ” people only complain about the prices cause they can’t afford it ” WELL YOUR AN IDIOT THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND HOW MUCH THEY CAN GET FROM YOU !!! THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED THEY BASE THEIR PRICES ON HOW BAD YOUR SITUATION IS OTHER THAN THAT THEY COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PET AND THE PEOPLE THAT SAY ” oh they were so nice and they really cared ” LET ME TELL YOU …. IF YOU WROTE ME A CHECK FOR 2000 DOLLARS FOR POKING YOUR DOG WITH A NEEDLE … I WOULD BE YOUR BEST FRIEND TO !!! Pretty much same as the stories already stated. Took 4 hrs to see us and did nothing. Outrageous pricing. Tries using your heart and love for your animal to guilt you into paying these prices. –Brian B
